Reflections Relief Therapeutic Massage

This experience is for the individual who is familiar with regular massage therapy and works with a variety of techniques meant to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Ideal for athletes, injury recovery, and chronic muscle tension. It combines aromatherapy, myofascial release, and slow strokes to alleviate pain and promote healing. Pressure is adjusted based on the body's response. The use of our holistic enrichment included upgrade Yoga Balm®- provides intense warmth to tired overworked muscles, followed by a cooling energizing– offering an instant feeling of ease.

The therapist will adjust pressure according to the body’s response to this treatment.

Calm Harbor | The Pause

An intentional pause to slow down and settle in. This focused experience uses grounded touch, gentle aromatherapy, and warm oil scalp care to help soften tension and quiet the nervous system. This massage is centered on the head, neck, shoulders, and scalp- inviting you to soften, reset, and return to yourself without urgency or expectation.

Two Hearts Together Renewal Massage

Through this shared massage, couples can rediscover their bond, cultivating harmony and balance in a tranquil atmosphere that nurtures both heart and soul. Meant to rejuvenate your bond and symbolizing the deep connection of a shared experience. A couple’s massage can be a time for reflection, connection and bonding. Each individual chooses between light to medium pressure for their own specific needs. The massages are enjoyed in our beautiful couple’s suite. *Pricing per person.

To ensure the highest quality of experience for all, Deep Tissues and Pregnancy Massage is not available in a couples massage, services must be booked in separate rooms.

Pea In a Pod- Pregnancy Massage

Expectant mothers can benefit from our customized prenatal nurturing treatment, specifically designed to address pregnancy-related physical discomforts such as back pain, swollen legs, and joint tension. Our gentle massage techniques ensure the comfort and safety of both mama and baby. Strategic pillow placement and bolster support enable maximum relaxation. This treatment also features dry brushing with a complimentary take-home brush to enhance circulation and reduce swelling. The incorporation of magnesium help alleviates headaches, muscle aches, and restless legs, promoting overall pregnancy and wellness and stress relief. 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd trimester-please note how many weeks pregnant you will be at the time of service when booking your treatment.

Utilization of infrared light to warm the body directly, promoting deep sweating at lower temperatures. This results in improved circulation, detoxification, muscle relaxation, pain relief, and skin rejuvenation, offering a gentler experience than traditional saunas. Bathing suit required.

Far-Infrared P.E.M.F. Crystal Wellness Mat

Combining far-infrared heat and PEMF therapy providing therapeutic relaxation, detoxification, and cellular repair. It’s perfect for relieving muscle tension, supporting recovery, and balancing the body’s energy. This synergy promotes and enhances circulation, reduces inflammation for optional recovery and overall well-being. You can remain fully clothed or disrobe. You will be in a treatment room laying on a private treatment table.
