There will be construction on the condo chimneys Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pm for maintenance. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience while we work to improve our villas.
Please be advised that asphalt repair work will be taking place in the Blue Harbor Condo parking lot on Wednesday, September 17th, 2025, beginning promptly at 7:00 AM.
To ensure the work proceeds safely and efficiently, ALL vehicles must be removed from the parking lot prior to 7:00 AM on Wednesday, September 17th. Any vehicles remaining in the lot at that time will be towed at the owner's expense.
We kindly ask all owners to inform any guests or renters of this scheduled work and the need to move vehicles accordingly. During this time, parking will be available:
- On the street, or
- In the municipal city lot directly across from the condos.
The parking lot will reopen for regular use after 5:00 PM on Thursday, September 18th.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and willingness to work together during this necessary maintenance.
